We usually reply within 1 to 2 business days. If you're writing about an order, include your order number so we can help you faster.

We only collect the information we need to process your order and keep you updated: your name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by secure, encrypted payment providers, so we never see or store your full card number.
We never sell your personal information. If you join the Snort Squad, we'll only email you about new gear, deals and Jade updates, and you can unsubscribe anytime with one click.
Collabs & Wholesale
