Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and you'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Delivery times depend on the item and are shown at checkout. Some of our gear ships from different partner warehouses, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, message us and we'll chase it down for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
Not quite the right fit? You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, clean and in their original packaging. We know, keeping new gear away from a curious snout is half the battle.
To start a return, send us a message with your order number and the item you'd like to send back. If something arrives damaged or defective, share a quick photo and we'll replace it or refund you. Refunds go back to your original payment method once we've confirmed the return.
